Do You Ask for Money Upfront?
No. We ask for no money upfront, no material deposits, nothing until each stage of the job is complete and you are satisfied. We generally consider phase one to be the roof repair or installation, and we collect payment for the roof once it is completed. Later phases follow the same rule and are tied to the scope of the agreed contract.

Because we are vetted by GAF, you get a fifty-year non-pro-rated warranty on your shingles instead of the thirty-year pro-rated warranty you would receive if the same shingles were installed by a non-certified company.
